Hi Everyone,

Today I decided to turn off the "Run JAWS First" option and replace this by
putting JAWS into my Startup programs. I have done this merely as an
experiment because I wanted to see if there was any difference in JAWS
performance and interaction between programs.

It's early days yet and I may be imaginging things but it definitely seems
to me that JAWS is much more stable in EUDORA, following every message in
turn without skipping messages. Lately (with the introduction of the
latest couple of patches) I have also noticed an increase in the popping up
of my STB Vision desk manager which I think is a total waste of time but
I'm forced to have it with this video card and drivers!

So, can it be this change in JAWS which has brought about a smoother
running computer? Has anyone else found this or will anyone try it as well?

Please, all those techies out there, can you confirm to me that in the "Run
JAWS First" option JAWS is loaded before the programs in Startup, or have I
got this wrong?

Did someone once say that HJ's thinking on the subject was that the quicker
JAWS was put into the system the better, or something of that sort, thus
the introduction of the "Run JAWS First" option?

Any advice and observations would be most interesting.
