OK, I'm surprized no one else on the list has mentioned this, but here's the
problem with Eloquence. If you are using a newer "speech.dll", located in
the "\windows\speech" directory you will get very sluggish response from
Eloquence. You can copy the "speech.dll" from the "JFW32" directory and
restart and you should get good response. The slow response is caused by a
bug in the newer "speech.dll".
