First, uninstall jaws. You can do this by going to uninstall jaws from
the jfw folder on the start menu. Have a sighted person use the
computer for a while to make sure the problem is gone. Then run the
maintainance tools. Do a thorough scan disc, disc cleanup,
defragmentor, registry checker etc. Now, reinstall jaws. If the video
card is the problem, Dr. Jaws should tell you that. You may never find
out what the problem is, but reinstalling might solve it.
