My friend,
That certainly sounds nice, but with all the 3D graphics, and high
resolution graphics video cards and drivers that are on the market it would
be virtually impossible for HJ to keep up with the changes that every
computer company makes. There are literally thousands of different video
cards and drivers on the maket today and you would need a army of
programmers just to attempt to keep up with making changes, you would have
to have a new JFW patch several times a month to make sure that every
posible video card and driver was covered, and you still would miss some.
Then if you did that every JFW user would be complaining about what it
would cost to purchase the software and the numerous monthly updates.
I wish we could live in a world where it was easier and less expensive to
interface with today's graphical computer software too, but the fact is
that that isn't going to happen any time soon, so we need to realize that
we can only ask just so much from the access technology vendors and then we
have to meet them half way and purchase computer systems that have been
tested and proven to be workable with the access products that we wish to use.
