I guess ICQ is something I won't be able to use, because I am having great difficulty
with it, despite the installation of the
latest scripts.
First of all, it seems that ICQ scripts are somehow in effect, even when ICQ is not
focused. For example, the control-shift-
c command for the ICQ scripts to check E-mail is in effect, even when ICQ is not
focus. How was that accomplished?
When I remove this command from the ICQ script, using the keyboard, manager, it is
still in effect, getting in my way with
another application!
Second, I guess I still don't really understand how ICQ is supposed to work. It took
almost 2 hours to fill out all the
registration info!!! This wouldn't work for any of my clients in the future... Right
now, I pretty much tell people that ICQ is
inaccessible to the blind, and that no efforts so far have satisfactorily succeeded.
