more than five installations of JFW (or, for that matter, any other
softward), or how many have that many computers anyway. The problem
with software publishers today is simply GREEDD. They want to get as
many almighty dollars out of as many people as possible, and they don't
really care how they do it. No matter how you cut it, the HJ
author5ization system is archaic, cumbersome, and a direct insult to the
honest, paying user in the name of protection from piracy...to say
nothing of the difficulties posed by the use of non-archivable floppies.
I would also observe that Lotus Development gave up that kinf of
protection system back in the 80's because users simply wouldn't put up
with it.
