Although it is indeed a minor point, I also think JFW should be made to
leave focus on the desktop after loading Windows either with "run JAWS
first" or with the runjfw.bat batch file.  This kind of tweak would be similar
to how JFW moves focus to the first item of the start menu or the first item
of a context menu when such menus are invoked.
