Hi. I have a question that may seem silly to most experienced computer
users and jfw users but here goes. One night when I was scanning a book
with my ocr software, speech suddenly died on me. So, I quit and suddenly
jaws quit. When turning the computer off and back on again didn't restart
windows or jaws, I had to call my mom. I found out I was in scan disk.
Well, the long and the short of it is, after a few terrifying minutes, I
was able to get out scan disk. But why doesn't jaws work with scan disk? I
have no idea how it happened anyway. Many thanks, tc
