Hi,
Jaws does work with scan disc. Sometimes, if you had to turn off the
computer without shutting down properly, you will have a problem
restarting. What I do if I have trouble restarting is turn on the machine
and it should beep after about 30 seconds or so. If you press the letter
s, it may get past the a drive and continue bringing up windows. If s
doesn't work, you can try enter.
