Hi.
To read by sentence manually press Alt+DownArrow for each sentence.
To make the SayAll command, Insert+NumPadDownArrow, read by sentence you
need to change a setting in the configuration manager.
Step 1: Go to the program you wish to make the SayAll command read by
sentence, e.g., Word97.
Step 2: Press INSERT+6 to open the configuration manager for that program.
Step 3: Press Alt+S to open the SetOptions menu.
Step 4: Choose TextProcessing from this menu to open the TextProcessing
dialog box.
Step 5: Use the Arrow keys to choose amung the SayAll radio button options.
E.g. choose sentence.
Step 6: Tab to OK and press enter
Step 7: Close the Configuration manager and save the settings.
