Assuming you have Word97.
Try the JFW/Word97 help by pressing INSERT+F1,F1, that is tapping F1 twice
while the Insert key is depressed, to bring up a very useful help screen.
On that help screen you have access to all the keystrokes you need to know
to do many things in Word97 with JFW.
When you are in this help screen, or any other for that matter, press
Control+C to copy the help topic to the clipboard then paste it into a Word
document. Then you can edit the text, removing what you don't want and
keeping what you do want. This way you can have a document that offers you
quick access to the important commands and info.

Your messages are not getting completely through. You both give instructions
as to how to get jfw to read by sentence, but the keystroke after the press
alt is coming in as blank boxes. If that is not what you intended to say,
