Hi, Mike. What other programs do you have running in the background? I had
a similar problem when trying to use Winfax and Microsoft Word to send out a
document to a friend. Whenever I would fax, I would get an exception error
in MS Word and get an out of memory error along with it. the only way I got
it to work was to first disable Autoprotect via Norton Antivirus, and then
go about my merry way. If you're running an antivirus program or any memory
watch dog type of programs, I would control-alt-delete these first along
with anything else you have running. I would also delete all your temporary
files in your windows directory, perhaps something crashed and some time ago
and it's messing things up. IE is a memory and a respource hog, so you
might also determine your system resources when you have all those things
open.
Reply here or e-mail if you wish and i'll see what I can do.
