Hi, Jim.  I've missed some of thread, so perhaps some other fine list
members have brought these ideas up but....  Have you tried deleting the
files in your windows temp directory?  When your system crashes, does the
whole system freeze up or are you able to use resource meter and find out
the resource levels are?  Have you tried unloading as many fonts, toolbars,
and other graphical files as possible as these take up valuable memory?  If
you've done all these thngs or if you're heard it all efore, I
apologize.<smile>
