3.3 and Ruby

Hi all, I ordered Ruby last Friday and after looking at the mail this
morning I'am not sure I did the right thing.
I have windows 95 along with
J.F.W.s 3.3 and Deck talk external.
Myquestion is simply should I cancel Ruby, or will it work.
