Hi, I am currently instructing one of my students to use Ruby . After
speaking to tech support at Arkenstone they told me to do the following:
1. from Windows Explorer go to the Ruby Folder. 2. After opening that
folder go to the backups folder and select the files obu.jcf and ruby.jcf.
4. Copy these files to jfw33\settings\enu. This should solve the problem.

                Richard
