Hello:
  You should have little problem I had ruby on a w/95 machine with dectalk and just 
bought a new
computer with w/98 and using elequence.  
There is one thing you have to do is copy a file
from the ruby dir called obu.jcf to your 
jfw33/settings/enu dir.
