Wowee, I thought it was me.
I tried to install a demo of ruby and had very negative results.
I have not yet written to arkenstone about this will foward them a copy.
I am using a transport on com2 and according to the documentation the
problem of using ruby with accent on com2 has been resolved. However, I
was not offered the choice of the talkthrough installation and no speech
would load when I ran the program. I wondered if it were jfw 3.3 so I
removed it and nothing. A re-install caused the error could not load
speech drivers when jaws was running and the uumber five when it was not.
I couldn't even get the ms speech stuff to talk to me. I might get a
hang-glider and call ti Challenger.
Mark.
