Hi Mark, I went through the same thing last week. The first thing you should
do is a Scan disk along withe a Disk defrag.
Aftre that go to your menu program and enter on Run. Now insert your disk
and-type in the letter D then a colon then a slash , now type the word setup
and hit enter and hang on
