If you use the ruby disabling of jfw feature,  actually, what it does is to
put jfw to sleep.  I am using it, and it works fine.  The only thing that
it won't let me do is to tab in and out, but when you bring up ruby, jfw
goes to sleep, and when you close down ruby, it wakes up jfw again.
