Hi everyone. I respect GW-Micro and Henter-Joyce for the great work they
both do in providing Windows access to the blind. I am not attached
emotionally to any company or screen reading program. If somebody has
something better out there, I'll switch in a heartbeat. Having said that,
however, I tried the latest WE demo with the internet, but absolutely could
not tolerate having to turn MSAA off and on each time I filled out forms on
the net. Filling out forms is an integral part of internet activity for
people doing serious research, and I found that with having to turn MSAA
off to fill out forms, I could not easily navigate the form and fill it
out. Thus, the benefits of the reformatting were totally cancelled out for
me by having to play Musical MSAA all the time to fill out a form. I
really don't know how WE users can stand this! I think having the ability
to reformat pages is a great concept, and WE is ahead in that respect, but
I am hoping that JFW users will not have to play Musical MSAA with the
upcoming version of JFW as one does with WE. Thanks for listening.
