First, there's no law saying you have to download the betas. Second, beta versions are by nature buggy, but they get better and better until the final release. Users who can't tolerate having things not work exactly right should *not* download and try to use betas on their computers. Third, having a diverse group of users trying out the program benefits all of us. Screen-reading software doesn't work in a vacuum, and having the program put through its paces by many different users in varied environments makes sure that diverse needs are addressed. Lastly, I have to say that I'm getting more and more happy with and excited about the newest product, although it took some getting used to on my part.
