Hi,
Well, since the subject of reading PDF files has come up, I have another
question. I have Acrobat 4.0 and the latest plug-in installed. I've found
that the only way to read PDF files which are linked to web pages is to
actually download them and read them on my PC. A good example of this
situation is at The Cal State University at Long Beach web site,
www.csulb.edu. The university's catalog is available in PDF format, and IE
will let me bring its various sections up onscreen but I can't read them
unless I download them and display them with Acrobat 4.0. . Is there a way
to have Acrobat 4.0 and the access plug-in load so that I can read these
web-based PDF files remotely? That would be extremely cool and my customer,
who's a Cal State Long Beach student, would certainly find this capability
most useful. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
Cheers!
Tom
