I've taken a look at the web site. Ordinarily, as I indicated in
response to a prior message, you should be able to read Adobe files off the
website. It appears, however, that given the structure of the particular
files at this site, the access reader does not recognize them as adobe
files. In fact, Microsoft Windows identifies the file as "untitled". This
may have something to do with the fact that you access individual pages
through the table of contents. If I were you, I'd try to get in touch with
those who created that website, and see if the problem cannot be solved
merely through some kind of a labelling convention.
