Mr. Brown's "snip" is misleading. He fails to provide a complete
quotation of the material. Certainly, he should have given you the next
sentence. As they say "read on".
You can read material on-site. To do so, make sure that the access
program is properly installed. Specifically, go into the general menu and
uncheck "integrate web browser". In order to read the 'pdf file without
first downloading it, select the "open" rather than "download" choice.
Acrobat reader will be launched. Making sure that the reader is in focus,
hit control and the number 4 on the number row. You should be able to read
the material just as you would if the file had been downloaded.
