Hi,

There is a software company in Canada who makes a product called Braille
Stream, designed exclusively for call centers. They work exclusively with
JFW and have some pretty neat technology.

I do not have their number here (I'm at home) so call me in the office and
I'll provide you with a pointer. They're a real nice bunch of folks so I
think you'll enjoy talking with them.

Thanks,
cdh

Subject: Call Tracking Software

We are looking at developing several jobs in call centers, and a wide
variety of call tracking software is being employed. Before we reinvent the
wheel, does anyone know which of these packages work well with speech, which
do not, and whether scripts have been designed to fill the gaps?

Any advice and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

Nancy
