Nancy, there is software called braille stream that was designed to work 
with JFW and a braille display to make call center software accessible. 
Unfortunately, I forgot the address or email of the company, but I am sure 
somebody else knows it, or you could do a search for it. The company has 
adaptive in the title, maybe something like adaptive innovations or 
something. The software is quite customizable, but you would have to talk 
to the company about what it works with. Hope this information helps you 
even a little. I am sorry I don't have all the info.
