Hello, Nancy. I am a support technician at Xerox where we use a Xerox
proprietary call tracking system. Unfortunately I've had to reconfigure
various things and play with settings in JFW and the database to make it
work. It uses Oracle and Power Builder database software, and it is not a
"standard" Windows program and my company has not addressed my issues in
making it more useable for me or any other blind people that may come along.
Please e-mail me privately if I can help.
