Thanks for your answer, All I know is that i had a sighted person standing behind me and watching my every move. I would read the whole number and the fraction as the sighted person read it. That person would say things like"Well, that fraction is on the screen but was not read aloud". I checked several web pages that I know very well. I also checked these fractions last night; i was reading the closing prices for Friday. And those prices have not changed. Nor did the mistakes. I understand how one would misunderstand the whole numbers ending in zero. There were mistakes plainandsimple. I admit most have not had problems, but four members of this list have had problems and have written to me. I intend to write them and ask them if they use a Decktalk product. I use Access 32. That is the only possible answer i can come up with. I was not nor would i have any desire to say anything that was not ture. Because I wanted to be certain, i had the person standing behind verifying everything. We moved very slowly down the list ofstocks. Until this morning,I never guessed that JAWS could skip reading a fraction. But it happened several times. That is all I can offer. i spent a tremendous amount of time trying to be accurate both last night and this morning (per message I wrote early this morning on same subject).
