I have never experienced JFW misreading numbers. Even 3.31 which
pronounces them wrong, at least reads the right numbers. However, I
have had problems on certain sites like E*trade. If the fraction was
3/8, JFW would just say "three slash". This is not the fault of JFW,
but of the site. What's happening is that the denominator is not
directly to the right of the numerator. Instead it is below it. When
JFW reads across the line, it doesn't know that the 8 belongs to the
3/ because it's not on the same line. I experienced a similar problem
with yahoo. I don't remember the details since I haven't gotten quotes
from yahoo in quite some time. Reformatting the page might help, but I
suggest getting your quotes from another site. Even if JFW worked with
yahoo, the quotes are 20 minutes delayed!
