Hi Tom,
Try the following procedure to disable the processing of ANSI characters by JFW.
Please let us know if it does the trick.
1.
Press insert-6 to open the Configuration Manager.
2.
Press control-shift-d to open the default file.
3.
Press alt-s to pull down the settings menu.
4.
Press g to open the graphics and symbols dialog.
5.
Press tab to move to the ANSI characters verbosity group of radio buttons.
6.
Press up arrow until you have selected the "none" option.
7.
Press enter to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
8.
Press control-s to save the default configuration file.
9.
Press alt-f4 to close the configuration manager.
