Walter, et al., you will all be annoyed to know, as I was to find out,
that the web pages you described are now vastly different, and
searching for 'DECTALK' and 'PC1V42' didn't yield me anything.

A long, long time ago (earlier this year), I was given the name of
Susan Hayward to write to at DIGITAL about this, I wrote several times
and never got a response of any kind.  I can't even say she received,
no less read, my messages.  So now we're all stuck out here with
basically an orphaned piece of hardware, so I guess we have to support
each other as best we can.
