A regularly updated newsletter on the web site is a great idea focusing on
JFW products with current update information, technical hints, Q&a, and even
possibly helpful articles from experienced users. The web version could be
updated weekly or as needed. Possibly a quarterly edition should be
compiled and sent out on tape or floppy disk to users who need that type of
media. Just some ideas. Grant
