I too value the independence of this forum and would not want to trade it
for one run and censored by any shark breeders. <g>

It should be easy enough for HJ to set up a news site on their web site or
offer their own mailing list for product news and developments. Any such
forum could compliment, but, in my opinion, should never replace this list.

Just my two cents.
