I for one, don't expect the i s p to provide a permanent connection. I
do, however, need a more stable connection which doesn't time me out
during the time it takes me to review the contents of a page. We must
read at a slower rate than many sighted people. I don't think
lengthening the connectt time would hurt most providers of service. I
am sending a letter tothis effect to pathlink today. I feel when we
Email our service providers we make to make these points clear so they
don't think we're trying to take unfair advantage. If I want a
permanent connect I can pay for that.
