Hi,

Well, the ping program I am using has never let me down.  My isp in e-mail
disconnects you every 20 minutes if your modem is idle and that was a major
pain so using this program is great.

I understand if your get a ping program that it should bing the connection
every so often; i havn't tried it myself, but i heard about it on the
callforhelp show on zdtv channel for people on AOL that have similar
problems.
