Well, as far as, i am concern when i pay a ISP for unlimited access and time
that it means just that and if a ISP doesn't delivery it then the ISP is
inbreash of contract and i would take him to court on those grounds.
if it every happen, but i have been on for more then hours at a time so far.
also, you are always connected online with a cable modem or a DSL
connection.
