I have been a lister only a week, so please bare with me:

I am not getting internet sounds; Under these circumstances:

My operating system is Windows NT 4.0 Work Station, with service pack four.

My screen reader is JFW 3.31

My synthesizor is Deck Talk Acess 32 software

My brouzer is Internet Explorer 5.0

My sound card is S.B. live (equal to Sound Blaster Live).

OK, here is what happens; Or should I say does not happen:

I hear Jaws well all the time; Without interruptions.

I hear all windows event sounds; Such as error messages, opening and
closing of windows, and all the rest.

When I go to any internet site I hear no sounds of that site; Even though
Jaws and Window sounds are still present.

Therefore I must have at least two channel sound card.

I can not hear music, news, radio, or anything else on any wet site.

I tried this site where I know there is sound;

In I.E. 5.0, boxes to allow sounds are checked.

In control pannel sounds are checked for waive files; And all are properly
loaded from Windows NT disk.

Now inside of Jaws (JFW 3.31), I have allow waive files also checked.

If there is anything else inside of Jaws I need to be doing I can not fidn
it any where.

Is there some kind of special script required?

Is theresomething related to other applications working with Jaws I am
missing here?

***

Might consider reward if somebody gives me answer that makes my interent
sounds work while Jaws is still working!

***

Thanks in advance for at least hearing about my problem.

Respectfully With Best Regards,
