Hi Walter, It wasn't the bank, but rather the Deferred Compensation web site run by my employer. Actually, I thought Citibank was going to the 128 bit version, but apparently the older one worked okay, at least for now. You do have to run a fairly current version of your browser, and I saw that referenced on the Citibank site. Anyway, it's probably best to go with the 128 encryption, becuase eventually, more and more sites will want that security. With E-commerce/web shopping becoming more popular, it stands to reason that having secure sites is going to be the norm.
