Hi Listers,
Sorry about some of the confusion with the serial numbers on the web site.
They are posted in some order other than ascending. Which is to say, I'm
not actually sure what the order is but all authorized users should be on
the list. You should use the Find function to look up your number rather
than moving through the list assuming it is in some kind of logical order.
Also, if your serial number is 34775 or higher, you are definitely
authorized for JFW 3.5 so you needn't even waste the time looking it up.

My cerial number is missing from the list as well. However, I know I'm
registered on the list. I've received everything since I purchased 3.2
so whether I'm on the registered list on the web page is irrelevant.
I also have two SMI's left so I'm fine. As long as you have at least one
left and are a registered user you're probably okay as well.
If you want clarification double check with HJ.
Maybe call someone at home on Christmas Day, I'm sure they'd appreciate
that!
