Quotes off.

A "public beta" release of a program is supposed to give everyone
who has an interest in a program a chance to evaluate and comment
on a forthcomming release, obviously this is not the intent from
 Henter Joyce.

By limiting the release to those who have still have "upgrade"
status no-one with a previous release will be able to update
their earlier version without first paying another fee.

If Ted Henter deserves an award for this sort of behaviour I'll
start believing in the tooth fairy.
