The doctors, mathematician and scientists, the so-called fundamentalists in
your words, too deviate from their basic fundamentals when their objectives
are not achieved with the traditional means. Is this the case with Islam?
Can you alter any verse of your rule book or say that 'this particular
fundamental is not suiting properly'? When it comes to religion, Islam in
particular, its followers cannot dare to change the texts because it will
draw the ire and fire of their own community. So the only way is to 'feel
proud'.
Ask Kasab, he will also tell you that he is proud of being a fundamentalist.
If the fundamentals preach people to call non-Muslims Kafir then, I think,
there is no need to feel proud to be fundamentalist. If the fundamentals
make others lives miserable then there is nothing great about any religion.
And mind you, disturbing people's sleep and students' studies by shouting
prayers through the loud speakers make others lives miserable.
Now come the issue of terrorism. You say Muslim terrorists are those who
terrorise the anti-social elements. This way Kasab and Company terrorised
whole of India. So, in your words, they were terrorising the anti-social
country.
