I'm having all kinds of problems getting the SBR set up after I moved it
to the bedroom and back. But I can report on several hours of listening
through the analog outs in the bedroom system. I thought the SBR
sounded a little bit different than the SB3 that normally sits in that
location. In particular, I believe it sounded a little "darker" in
that the background was quieter and it may have had a bit more midbass
than the SB3. It could have been that those midbass frequencies stood
out more against the quieter background. Anyway, the difference was
slight and the SBR sounded very good as I sent it a playlist of
well-known test tracks and old favorites. I wonder if the quieter
background is due no the SBR not having a display? Or a difference in
the power supply?

One thing that was a clear negative, is that when I woke up the next
morning and wanted to change something on the SBR, I had to wait for
the SBC to go through its bootup sequence. It had shut itself down
sometime during the night.

I'll try later to detail the problems I'm currently having with the
SBR. Suffice it to say that there were wi-fi issues, SqueezeCenter
issues, and possibly SBR issues. The Controller seems to work well.
I'm learning to hate wi-fi. More later.
