I was impressed when I "arrived" two years ago that when I asked for
something it was delivered that afternoon. I feel this service is
warranted. Maybe that's what you mean by "users complains" -- in that
case, I'm glad we are getting this done, because some of these are
quite old and just about all relate to user complaints. I know we got
slowed down with the 10.2 release, but now we need to get back to SOP.

In general, I think that patches should only be applied if.
1. and end-user complains about them
2. the end-user is unwilling to take a prerelease version from the trunk.
I will do these file-format patches that Bob & Egon want to have done.
I have not yet looked at the wiki page.
