Of course.

But there are some difficulties to handle the Japanese character.
There are the 3 popular character sets in Japanese language, UNICODE, EUC
and Shift-JIS. EUC and Shift-JIS are double-byte character sets.
In Jmol, we can consider only UNICODE because Jmol is written in Java.
But the character code is depends on operating systems, so the problems
about character sets will remain, after Jmol itself will be translated
into Japanese.
