I request this occasionally. The dual head video card (NVidia Quadro 5X0) 
supports the quad buffered stereo  openGL standards,but  Jmol does not as  I 
understand. There are other alternatives that do, ie  Pymol, VMD, ChemBio3D 
(and Google Earth!)
