Thank you for the feedback. indeed it seems to work. Just one question, is it possible to display a structure in PDB format and a structure from a PQR formatted file at the same time? The background is, the PDB file defines a protein structure, and with the PQR file, the charge distribution throughout the protein is defined. Now I would like to display spheres of, say, 3x the VdW radius to illustrate the charges, unfortunately, the data from the PQR file is displayed only by "crosses" which are smaller than the ball-and-stick balls from the PDB file. How can I 1) show the spheres and 2) increase their size?
