Hi RobertWhen I enter these two commands in a Jmol console, all charges turn blue. Even if many particles in the PQR file have opposite charge.
set propertycolorscheme "bwr" color property partialcharge
How would these commands be entered in a Jmol-Script? I.e. not in the shell. Thanks for your help Martin
