Got it!

But, such file upload appears to be limited to only from the server. What
if one of your collaborators or someone else in the lab wants to upload a
file to your JSmol web interface from their local machine? They would like
a regular prompt that Jmol offers. How can one make that possible for JSmol
without giving others access to your server for file upload? That is the
challenge.

Just some thoughts.
