1. Please, remember that JSmol is documented (if not extensively at
least the basics) in the Jmol Wiki.
2. I haven't been able to make JSmol works across frames. I did not
try further, maybe it's possible. I'd say you need to address the
Jmol object in the target frame and not the one in the current frame.
e.g.
function pdb() {
parent.otherFrame.Jmol.script(jmolApplet0, "load=1SHC")
}

It's probably the other franme that must have the call to
JSmol.min.js (or both frames)
