Dear Bob,
In Jmol 14.2.4, some atoms that are not visible as a consequence of a
'restrict' command are nevertheless selected with 'select visible'.
Example:
load =1d66
restrict 28-36:b
/73 atoms selected # now only the 73 restricted atoms are visible/
select visible
/501 atoms selected//# should select 73 atoms/
zoomTo {visible} /# fails to center the visible atoms/
I have used restrict a lot in FirstGlance (before hide/display were
invented). I am reluctant to undertake redesigning the code since the
logic is different and the changes may need to be extensive.
Can 'visible' be fixed vis a vis 'restrict' please?
